Food

- food is important in our health, but we have to be careful of the food we are eating,  Many nowadays died due to food eaten. I want to share some simple recipes but very helpful for our body.

The following are recipes that can help our body but still delicious:

Shrimps Toasts with Cumin

Ingredients:  12 shrimps (med)                               Seasoning:  2 tsbsps cumin
                    450 g shelled shrimps                                          2 tbsps wine
                    3 slices bread                                                      1 tsp salt
                    1 lettuce                                                              1 tsp ginger juice
                                                                                               2 tsps caltrop starch
                                                                                               1 egg white

Procedure:
1.  Shell and devein medium shrimps, leaving the tails intact.  Butterly them.  Rinse in lightly salted water and drain.  Mix with caltrop starch.
2.  Devein shelled shrimps and mash with knife.  Mix with seasoning and stir into paste.
3.  Wash lettuce and place into plate.
4.  Cut each slice of bread into square quarters. Spread some shrimp paste on each quarter.  Then put the shrimp on it (with a tail facing upward).  Deep fry over low heat until shrimps are done.  Put shrimps toasts on lettuce and serve.

Benefit:  It benefits and warms the stomach.  It is effective in curing those with weak digestive ability, stomach ache and abdominal pain.
